Ordering your custom birth announcements is easy:
Step 1. Click Buy-it-now and pay.
Step 2. Email your photo and info to: pinwheelparkdesign@sbcglobal.net
Be sure to include:
--your ebay user name
--the design you've chosen
--all the info to be included on the announement
(baby's name,weight,length,etc)
--your baby's photo
Step 3. You will receive a proof of your custom birth announcement via email within 2 business days. Look over the proof carefully and note any changes if neccessary. We make changes/edits until you are completely happy! :)
Step 4. Email us back your approval of the birth announcement and we will process and ship your order!
Photo Requirements:
1. Please DO NOT crop or alter your photos in any way before sending them to us-let us do the expert photo enhancing for you!
2. Use the highest resolution setting possible on your camera. We recommend using a camera of at least 3 megapixels or higher.
3. If you can't decide on which photo to send--don't worry send us 3 or 4!! We will pick the one that best fits with the design. (remember you will be given a proof to look over and approve)
4. Photos must not have serious exposure issues. Your order DOES include expert photo enhancement and we have many years enhancing and re-touching photos but a blurry picture can not be fixed.

We have many years experience enhancing/editing photos and this is what truly sets us apart from the rest. We use many techniques to change your snap shots into "portrait looking" photos that blend perfectly with the custom design of your birth announcement. We will enhance your photos, if necessary, by cropping, eliminating red-eye, brightening, sharpening, smoothing skin tones, even fixing the background when possible. Upon request we will change your photo to black&white, sepia or spot color.
Your announcements will be professionally printed at a state of the art photo & press printing company---NOT on a home printer, NOT at a "big box store photo lab!
**Buyer beware--some of our competitors print birth announcements on home ink-jet printers which will almost always lead to the fading and cracking of your treasured birth announcements.
We take great pride in the birth announcements that we create. That is why we insist on using a professional printing company to make sure your announcements are of the highest quality and will sure to be family keepsakes for years to come.
Policies:
* Your satisfaction is guarenteed! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order simply send it back to us, in it's entirety, within 10 days and we will refund your purchase price minus a 30% administration fee and shipping fees.
* By submitting photos to us, you agree that:
1. you are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren)in the photo.
2. you are the photographer of the picture(s) or have a written release by the photographer to use the pictures.
* Pinwheel Park will NOT infringe on the copyrights of professional photographers. If you wish to use a professional photograph for your birth announcements, you must obtain a copyright release from the photographer and send us a copy before we will begin work.
* All processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guarenteed. We work hard to make sure you receive your birth announcements in a timely manner.
* By approving your proof, you are agreeing that all info is correct and to your liking and the announcements can be sent to print. We can not cancel orders after final proof approval.
